Angie Bertram Smith

I have been asked, who is Jaxson?!? I guess I always assume everyone knows. Jaxson was/is my Daughter in laws younger brother and my son’s brother in law and friend that unfortunately passed away in 2024 at the young age of 14 after a diving accident. Jaxson was so much more than what people saw. Jaxson was the BEST Uncle to my two granddaughters. He loved them so much and they loved him. Jaxson had the biggest heart. As ornery as he was, it was hard not to love him. Jaxson loved his friends and family and the game of baseball. He also loved helping the less fortunate and homeless. His family and friends are determined to keep his memory alive and continue doing the things he started. They have started the #LoveLikeJaxson non profit foundation. There will be many fundraisers, shirts and bracelets sold. All donations are appreciated as all proceeds will go back into our community to help the less fortunate. I’m proud to be a board member and blessed to be able to continue on Jaxson’s legacy. We were already able to help with 5 sponsorships for Little League Baseball to help kids that may not have the money to play. (Although I know our Little League would never turn any kid away). This year we were able to sponsor a team (Pirates) With all that being said, wake up every day and Love Like Jaxson. None of us are guaranteed another day!! If you would like to help or donate, you can contact me, Taylor Pinkard, Jenny Grubbs, Kelly Burchett, Emily Lawson, Laynie Lawson or any board member. That my friends, is who Jaxson Grubbs was. He will never be forgotten
